Never liked eating dates (or olives, figs, prickly pears), which makes me the oddball of my Italiano family. But what stately trees Date Palms are, and what a pretty sky!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen them with fruits from my few visits seeing them. But even without fruits, they are beautiful as ornamental palms. I have a suckering variety in our property, where i cut and throw the new suckers and just leave the few bigger trunks.
